Quality control is an integral part of the production process and we operate a strict "zero defect" policy.

The factories we use work to approved industry standards and are continuously reviewing production to ensure consistent QC at every stage of manufacture.

To ensure material consistency, material certification and batch traceability are available if requested.

Sophisticated measuring equipment is used to monitor accuracy and repeatability.

We can also offer independent inspections prior to despatch at a nominal extra cost.
